Update nod32 v5 offline

I've been using NOD32 ever since v2. One possible answer to my question 2 might be that the NOD32 5. If that is necessary my recollection is that previous "two decimal" upgrades haven't required that , I'd like to know why. In any case, if uninstalling v5.
