The hands-on training that I experienced every step of the way was the key to my success. All I can say is that the job is a one big lie filled with some unusual cult-like culture in regards to feedback. I'm all for constructive feedback, but instead you're put in the hot seat with your manager and are degraded, being threatened your job security constantly. Sometimes this occurs right in-front of coworkers. The staff is amazing, but the leaders are not. They're inexperienced and keep people in their dead-end position because they make them believe they're not better than what they truly are.

This is why the turnover rate is high and I feel for the people who refuse to move forward with their careers.
